First introduced to Tolkien as a college freshman, I began writing fanfic to stay sane during my schoolwork and other personal life troubles.  Now that I'm (finally) out of school, I'm still writing, and I'm trying to devote more time to writing, reading, and reviewing fanfic since I no longer have homework.  We'll see how that goes. ;)
